Of course, the minerals are all natural and are selected by our geologists who personally visit most of our suppliers.
The veracity of minerals is an essential element for us.
Some minerals do not exist in nature, such as red aventurine. When a mineral is not natural or is artificially modified by man, you will find it clearly indicated in the title or description of the product.

When we have booked the collection of your package, we will send you an email with the tracking. If you can't find the email, always check the promotions or spam folder of your inbox.

If you don't like anything when you receive your order, we'll give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.

👉 What happens if a package doesn't arrive within the indicated times?
There are some times of the year in which, due to high traffic, the delivery of parcels can be delayed, such as, for example, the weeks before Christmas.
If you do not receive a package on the established date or you believe that the package has a problem, please inform us and we will immediately contact the courier.

All packages are shipped from Italy. The minerals you find on the site are already in our warehouse in Italy.
