If a product doesn't meet your needs or you simply don't like it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. You do not have to provide us with any proof or explanation.


The return methods (postal parcel, courier, etc.) and the shipping costs are at your expense. Minerals Club will return the price of the items, including shipping costs, for which collection has been exercised without obligation to repurchase on our site.


To be able to return one or more products, follow these simple steps:

The return has the following limitations:

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made by refunding the same transaction with which you paid.

In accordance with the law, the refund will be made no later than 15 working days from the return of the products.
