Shipping policy

Shipping costs to European countries (except Italy):

For purchases of an amount equal to or greater than 120 euros, shipping is free.

For purchases up to €120, the shipping cost varies from €9 to €45 depending on the country and weight of the items. For most EU countries standard shipping cost is 11€.

You can check the exact cost in your cart once you have selected the items and before checking out.

Delivery methods and times:

- 3-6 working days from receipt of payment, excluding Saturdays and holidays.

We entrust our shipments to TNT and SDA and UPS courier services.

Shipment tracking:
At the time of order fulfillment, you will be sent an e-mail with all shipment references and details for online tracking.

Packaging:

All products are meticulously packed and shipped in absolute safety. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, your products will be refunded no questions asked.

Packaging is ALWAYS INCLUDED in the price.

Certificates:

We issue a guarantee certificate only for items purchased with a value of €80 and above. If you have purchased a product with a lower value and would like to receive a guarantee certificate, please report it in the "notes" section before proceeding with the payment.

Gifts:
If you have purchased a gift, please let us know in the 'notes' section before payment or by sending us an email at: and we will gift wrap your gift at no extra cost.

If you wish, you can request to see your order before shipping.

Shipping costs to Italy:

Packages are shipped the next business day after receiving the order.



Shipping methods and delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days from the departure of the package, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Cost €4.60 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

- Fast Shipping: 2-3 working days from the departure of the package, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Cost €5.60 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

For purchases of an amount equal to or greater than 50 euros, shipping is free.
