Larderite pendant

Larderite, also known as "Shoushan stone" in China, takes its name from Shoushan, a mountain located in Fujian province, where most of this mineral is mined. Made up mainly of clay minerals, larderite is used to make artistic engravings. There are four main types of larderite (primary mineral) deposits, namely dickite, kaolinite, pyrophyllite and illite. The main textures of larderite are the microaphanitic, microaphanitic-microcrystalline and microcrystalline structure.
