Returns and Refunds

If a product doesn't meet your needs or you just don't like it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to provide us with any proof or explanation.

The return methods (parcel, courier, etc.) and the shipping costs are at your expense. Minerals Club will return the price of the items, including shipping costs, for which the withdrawal has been exercised without obligation to repurchase on our site.

To be able to return one or more products, follow these simple steps:

1. Inform us by sending an email to: info@mineralsclub.eu
2. Pack the product making sure that the contents are well protected. Damaged products will not be refunded.
3. Send the package to:

The return has the following limitations:

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made by refunding the same transaction you paid with.

By law, the refund will be made no later than 15 working days from the return of the products.
